Volvo now saying it could be the Turbo and for a new one is £1800 or £800 just to have mine tested..
When I picked up the car the code P00BD00 came back.. any more ideas?

The ball is in their court , they should never change a component without first proving it is faulty , That's basic diagnosing skills .
Let them have the car and tell them you wont be paying for parts that were not faulty ... They have access to Volvo technical department help if they need guidance... Volvo will send a person down from the technical dept to help them if necessary.
