He never said on the thread what he was doing in terms of dealer involvement either.

FWIW I think he has a combination of miscommunication/misunderstanding over specs and his car having infotainment issues.

He hasn't posted since early July.
Reading through that thread, he does appear to have had a run of bad luck but the first instance I would have done is straight back to the dealer to sort, not waste hours crying about it on YouTube.
