Sorry, I didn't set any charging schedule for mine, so it's always just worked when I plugged it in.
I think I'd be camping on my local dealer's doorstep if they weren't responding to such a simple request. Even if they don't know the fix, it wouldn't take them 2 minutes to just acknowledge your issue and escalate to the techies
