I don't *think* specialist can do it - even if they have a fully licensed VIDA, I believe they have to purchase every software package separately.

Only Volvo dealers and possibly authorised repairers can plug in an scan all modules, updating any where new software is available, and there is no charge for this other than labour.

As said I think that rather than know it. Clan?
