Good that you have found the source of the river:~
The advice also provided in the above post is well worth doing, if you have a compressor & wax gun it will get into places you never thought about - including arms/legs/face!
Removing the door opening lower trims and pulling the carpet back will reveal large removable grommets, these give excellent access to the inner sills.
A large rubber grommet also exists within the rear wheel arch (could be covered in sealer) and I believe one similar at the front?
All quite easy to get at and not a great deal of work to complete but probably a summers day job.
