The belt and tensioner were £68 in total, plus VAT, so not far off your price. Not sure if it's genuine Volvo, depends what they were able to source. They never overcharge, under if anything, so I guess the two hours labour must be right, though I didn't think it took as long last time but I could be wrong. The belt alone last time was £15, but that was nine years ago!
