Having owned one and worked on them for many years those pressures are far too low , we always used about 33 rear and front , it certainly helped with the steering and tyre wear . I cant ever remember seeing 22 psi in the manuals for front tyres !
Vovo histoicaly always recommended pressures which are simply too low .
