You would need to check the bolt hole PCD, Offset/ET and centre bore diameter match your vehicle. Try searching for these technical details on Google. I just typed "2022 xc60 wheel pcd" into Google and found a number of helpful sites. You need to check details for 8Jx20 rims, which mine are, and the specific 2022 model XC60 you have.
