Not 100% sure, but think it was at it's last service which was something like the 70k service earlier this year.
Would I be wrong to say I'd expect that to cause a problem at all speeds? For example, the engine will rev freely in Park/Neutral without fault. It will motor nicely on the flat at steady modest speed/throttle. Only when it changes, especially when under slight load, does the issue occur.
But ... I'm not expert, hence the questions here!
