Sadly I’m looking for someone to buy my late fathers 142 project.
He imported this car from Texas in 2016. He was looking for a dry state rust free facelift version of the 142.
It turned out to have some rust in odd places, so my father striped it down and had a body work and a full respray done on it.
The engine was a fuel injected model, however he was rebuilding it as a twin carb model, he had the engine completely rebuilt for fast road work.
Unfortunately before he could begin to put it back together he became too ill, his final days were spent sourcing parts, and one of the last things he did was to get the front wishbone ball joints pressed in.
My understanding is that 99% of the parts had been sourced for this and everything is labelled.
Unfortunately neither my brother or I have the time or experience needed to put the car back together hence the sale.
