Shell Helix Ultra 5 40 is the best B4 oil I've found for the Euro 3 D5 and I won't use anything else.
1:200 dilution of low ash mineral 2 stroke oil in the fuel tank every 5 or so fill ups helps smooth out the overall experience too.
