You would need to do some fancy measurements and welding as you'll need to plum the injectors into it, the throttle body, match inlet ports etc etc.
Would probably be just as easy to buy a polished ported and bored out manifold. Plus the pipes themselves ar smaller than the mixture chamber of the inlet manifold so you would need bigger piping.
Stainless steel needs TIG welding too, tungsten inert gas as opposed to MIG welding metal inert gas.
