So, do you have a sunroof?

I do and when I purchased my my '03, my passenger well was very soggy. I removed the tweeter speaker (should have taken more care as I broke the lugs), removed the hand grip and 'a' column cover. Behind this the sunroof neoprene drain pipe which
pushes into a rubber bend that passes from the inside to the outside of the car. In my case this was detached and had shrunk so it no longer reached the rubber part. I inserted a short length of 8mm copper pipe to extend the original and have had no problems since, other than I fitted a second hand tweeter cover.

See pic three years after the above 'mod'.

If no sunroof, please ignore this.

Oh god, I do have a sunroof, and it was “nose up” for a little while when I noticed this issue. Where exactly are the drain pipes on the sunroof ?
