4.56 was standard with the M41 the same as Amazons so equipped. Autos may have got the 3.90. I believe the auto 1800ES did but not sure about the 140/164. B20 cars got J type where fitted to the various models. No OD fitted to standard B20 Amazons. B20 123GT I don't include as it wasn't a standard model for the world market.
