Hi everyone, my first post,hope you can help: tailgate locking mechanism has just stopped working. The solenoid and the lock itself are working fine (the lock can be released manually using the connecting rod). The problem is the white plastic mechanism which transfers the horizontal action of the solenoid to the vertical connecting rod going to the lock. I can't see if there's a part missing or broken. Photos attached -any ideas please? Hope someone can help, many thanks
