Gauge pack with the rare oil temperature gauge, though no oil pressure gauge, is a major plus for value, given what they go for.
On the down side, the metal around the rear screen is rusty so that needs to be dealt with quickly.
But 10 large is somewhat (very?) optimistic for a 1983/84 carb-ed saloon with velour upholstery and wind-them-yourself rear windows.
Like Familyman 90 I'd pass on it.
