A-tractors are cars that have had the back chopped off and turned in to a pick up truck/flat bed and are limited to something like 30kmh and can be driven by 15 year olds IIRC.
hence why he said the stretch is okay for slow moving vehicles like A-tractors, how many are genuinely limited is another question as how do you do limit a 1980's 240 or a 940 turbo to 30kmh? I've seen videos on YouTube of them and the kids are joking about the limiter.
There was a lowered 940 at the BKV running mk18s on 215/40 tyres but you could see the arches all had damage where the tyres had been hitting them. Maybe if it was lowered less it would have been okay or if it was the 35 profile tyres.
