Which garage has done the maintenance?
The timing belt wasn't carried out by a Main Dealer. I have checked my service book and it is fully stamped up and receipt shows belt and pulleys have been changed. If required I can provide contact details and receipts from garage used. I can have any other work carried out or new buyer can, either way it will be factored into the selling price.
