i hate the sound a 5 pot engine makes, they sound busted to me (mind you so do those bloody subaru engines with the unequal length headers) theres nothing like a rumbly V8 or a high revving 4 pot, people always go on about the sound of the audi engine, but it was a really horrible car to drive with a peaky, tempremental engine when its was tuned.
Most turbo cars sound dodgy, the turbo ruins the engine note, nothing beats the sound of an old NA Ford BDA at 10,000rpm.
