Two entirely different cars sharing the name only, I don't think there will be a single switch or electric motor in common between them.

The new XC90 is very good I think, don't get me wrong, but it's more Ranger Rover than Discovery and for my uses I need the latter.

You will find more local garages and indies that can deal with a Mk1 XC90 if you don't fancy dealer prices for every job.
