They should re pipe it when fitting a new EGR radiator to make it into a heater instead of a cooler. It’s the moisture which makes its clog, so likely worse with rain too. My D4 has done 80,000 miles and has only ever had one 0.5L top up between services. How’s the coolant water ? No oil in it?
