I checked MAF air flow sensor with my OBD2 unit, and seems to be working fine. Don't know what to check next.

Please come back and report if the EGR fixed the problem. My P00BC00 shows up when the engine is cold and under very low load for example when braking by engine. Mine has also slightly lumpy idle when cold. Please see the clip below. My EGR is closing with a click. I believe it should close smoothly as verified with people that had the EGR replaced.
