It then just becomes the buyers prerogative as to whether they wish to buy the UK supplied unit or one of the AliExpress ones at a much cheaper price. Interestingly, the car was at the dealer the other day and the technician pointed out that they have noticed that these chargers are causing some key issues and that it applies to all of them and not just one specific supplier. My wife has noticed that she has had a few 'Key not found' messages when she goes to start up but it's only every now and again. It's never been an issue and easily fixed by relocating the key.
