No; Nivomats shocks are completely different to 4C.
4C is electrically control suspension damping which alters the damping rates of the 4 shock absorbers to provide different stiffness
Nivomats is a strut that combines damping, ride control and self levelling by means of a sort of pumping action inside the unit
