if you're planning to keep it for a while you'd be better off with VIDA and a VCX device which you can source through cheshired5 on here. I'm gonna get one at some point, just borrowed one for now. You'd need to run the software on a laptop (runs on windows 7 but instructions are available for windows 10)

you can not only view / clear faults, you can also look at all the diagrams, get part numbers, some workshop instructions for repairs, reset various things, look at live data from all your sensors, etc etc

well worth it long term

re: cable 6 - it looks like it yes but someone else will have to confirm, sorry
