What else? Horn, rear fog lights, no washer fluid (top it up before you go to the test), any other bulb failure are the favourite "last minute" failures.

Had both rear fog lights fail on one car some time between dropping the car off and it going in for test while i was at work.

That was extra embarrassing due not only to my job but also i had given a colleague some stick for his works van failing its MoT on a dead rear fog light about 2 weeks previously.

He even got stick from the MoT test centre as they knew from the signwriting on his works van that he was an autoelectrican, at least i had some anonymity with my own car at a different test station! The bulbs came from the same place so the next person that got stick was the rep for the bulbs......................
