I've looked on VIDA and it does list 320mm brakes as a possibility for your car so it is likely it has them.
I went from my V50 D5 with 320mm to my V60 D3 with 300mm brakes.... Needless to say I wasn't as pleased with their performance so I changed them to xc90 336mm ones..... They work rather well now!!
