Default Fanheater blowing cool air and coolant service light on

Hi All,

I’ve had the following issue for the past 3 winters and wonder if someone might know of a solution or if they’re linked
At about the same time every year when the temperature reaches zero i receive
1) a message saying Coolant System Service Required - I also noticed that even after running the car for only 2-3 mins on my drive then turning the ignition off, the fan starts. This warning goes as soon as the weather hits about 2 degrees.
2) at the same time (although it could be just because the weathers cooler) it feels like the interior fan heater stops warming the air and is barely warm when set to “high”.
3) when the fan heater is not on dashboard demist it fogs up the interior within about 30 seconds so I’m constantly cycling between demist and normal fan operation

Couid these 3 things be linked in any way and can anyone diagnosis the issue?
Thanks
