That is the worrying bit Phil. On another forum i'm on, one of the members suggested he might be selling his car as the values were now nudging ~£2k for a good-exceptional example. I asked him what he would replace it with as all values of pre-2000 cars seem to be heading skyward. As you rightly point out, it's soon going to price us mere mortals out of the market so i'm going to sit tight on what i've got, knowing it's an appreciating asset and hope!
