That does sound a genuine ad. Looking at his feedback he seems to buy car parts mostly and having sold two items - a Chevvy Pick-up and a Honda motorbike - he appears to be a car nut. I suspect he bought the Volvo at a reasonable price and sees a profit in punting it on.
