Sorry I don't, but they are not expensive from the dealers who will have them in stock, but the most important bit is they are use once stretch bolts. So take care when purchasing.

Ignore me, the slider is the bolt ... 7mm hex head (dbl check,) if you mean the caliper bracket mounting bolts then above is correct.
