the relay isn't overloaded , only a couple of amps for the fuel pump, and separate contacts for the other two loads . The problem is heat from the relay coil , it will get quite hot even with no loads connected also where it is mounted gets a lot of hot air from the heater in the winter . This constant heating up and cooling down over 8 to 10 years will crack the soldered joints on the circuit board , an easy repair then off you go for another 10 years .
