RobS1403, what was the outcome of this please? Did you replace the engine mounts? Did anything change?
My '07 XC90 D5 is making some odd mechanical noises at low speeds (sometimes a knock, sometimes a grinding/rumbling) and I'm wondering whether the engine mounts might be the cause.
