First impressions are that the car looks good. At around double the price of the maximum book value of a similar UK car it seems a lot, but then European prices are much higher than on this side of the Channel.
Two very similar cars sold on Ebay here last month, one for £600 (a green 73 manual) and the other for £800 ( an off-white 70 auto).
The big thing is RUST.
If there is none or very little the car has to be considered seriously
If there's any major rust (inner and outer wings, chassis, inner rear arches, front crossmember etc) then further approaches should be made with utmost caution!
