I'm also going to say it's normal and gets significantly worse when it's cold and on particular surfaces.
I replaced every single bush and replaceable component as part of the resto. When I first reversed it out of the drive onto the street it did this quite violently when I reached full lock. It was really cold that day and there were some stones and frost on the ground.
I tried to replicate it one day and couldn't, so I forgot about it.
Last week reversing out of a tight parking space it did it again. Frosty ground, full lock.
I think it's safe to ignore.
