Shown here on my T4, they are 16" and rather rare, I've only seen them once on another T4
They are currently fitted with some brand new Toledo TL1000 tyres which get pretty good reviews for budget tyres, alone these tyres would cost you over £200 without the wheels so this is a bargain imho, no haggling on price.
