It looks pretty decent to me, just some cosmetic work needed.

I'd say it'll go for the upper end of that estimate. Red is a good colour for these. The interior colour and light birch dash are marmite issues, but it looks to be in good order. The paintwork could probably be cured over a weekend with a DA polisher. A few details to be addressed as you'd expect - the roofrails look to be an amateurish fitment and so the rubbers need replacing to tidy it up; the headlamp wipers need replacing etc - nothing horrific.

The 850R unique items are still present, and the mileage is still quite low. The cluster can be easily changed for a UK one (which is what I did to my imported 850R). The MoT history is good apart from a buckled wheel which is probably still fitted.

So all in all, its a pretty decent example of a (likely) rust free Japanese import - IMHO
