Hi ninet.

I've tried that 😁. No movement at all in the door.

The door shuts if I slowly close it. If I slam it or shut it with any sort of force then it sort of bounces out and locks ajar.

I have performed the brake fluid and oil cure. I've even taken the lock unit out and ensured everything is free and well oiled. At one point I thought the issue was due to the cable to the inside door latch. This looked too long and bent down meaning that was pressuring the cable and making the lock open.

I'm now looking at new locks.
