Throttle hesitation
Can you give me any ideas as how to deal with an annoying problem, that is, when I blip the throttle, the engine hesitates for a second then rev's up as normal. This is particularly annoying when you pull away as you have to allow the engine first to hesitate then pick up.
My car is an old 'D' reg 740GL 2.3 manual with a carburettor. Thank you in anticipation.
