It's allways the woman in the office thats knows nothing but just reads the standard company line,
i'm an electrician but it's just not worth playing with, the pre 2004 cars the kit is £37 plug and play takes no time includes the extra fuse's and relay for the rear fuse box, the post 2004 cars are £70 , this is for the 13pin plug just buy a cheap adaptor to connect to the old style sockets. both through towequipe.
