I'd say trust your instincts, if you're having this level of contempt from the dealer when you're trying to give them money then don't expect anything better when you're trying to get it fixed under warrenty. Quit while you're behind and go buy an ethical brand from an ethical dealer, Honda, Lexus etc etc
