Thanks Gasc2188/ascona-400 - Last night I noticed the mass of complaints under the thread XC 90 4WD problems. I have gone back to Volvo with this thead and its information asking them to fix the problem. It's the same thing from my point of view - another XC 90 from 03/04/05 whose AWD/4WD has packed in. I will keep you informed how I get on.
