I smell BS too.

However I think the R-Design Premium doesnt come with Bluetooth as standard but it is included with the R-Design convenience pack or as an optional extra. Either way if the dealer has made a mistake they should install the factory version or at least the retro fit version and give you cost of the bluetooth back in cash.
