Thermostat or engine temp sensor problem? Seeing as it plays up when warm. I had a Rover 800 a few yrs back that did the same kind of thing, was the engine temp sensor, when the engine got warm the sensor kept telling the ecu that it was cold, and therefore it was overfuelling. Have read other threads similar to yours.

PS have u checked the plug leads or dizzy cap?
