My V70 2.0d R Design is now 5 months old and with 14k on clock. My commute to work is 47.5 miles each way with 41 miles on a straight motorway run. The fuel computer shows 39.5 mpg which I consider quite poor. My previous company car was a 2007 VW Passat 2.0 TDi 170 BHP DSG, and apart from being a much better and more powerful car it also returned an average 46 MPG.
So far not impressed with the the V70, and not just cos of the MPG. Service not proving great either.
