Weekend drive - from Town centre to Town centre via 80 miles of motorway and the computer was inidicating 6.7l/100km (42.2mpg) - cruising at 70mph.
The engine/car/gearbox appears to be really efficient at lower speeds - but does ramp up pretty quickly above 70mph - is now horrific when cold and does seem to chew fuel in the lower 3 gears. Hyper-miling is the best way to get the most out of the car.
