You don't lose that 50nm torque through the drivetrain, its as Clan said, its limited because of the drivetrain, Volvo will limit it due to being an auto box. You do however lose more power through an AWD system as opposed to a FWD/RWD set up.
Extra weight in the drivetrain is negated by the 74 horsepower extra and the traction it allows.
