Now that's just how a"HOW TO" article should be done,Just like reliving doing my 240.Only difference was I did my rear coilsprings and replaced them with heavy duty ones.And yes be very carefull with coil spring compressors on the fronts.I had one start to slip after removing the damper top nut and had to use the BIG workshop vice to grip the actual coilspring as it wouldn't tighten without slipping further!!!!
Probably down to the fact the compressors were poor quality.

Just a little niggle,don't forget to lower the brake fluid level before pushing in the calipers.
