Hi Gents...

I am about to replace my trusty 850 and wondered if anyone would be interested in it. I am willing to consider any offers, my main goal is to keep it away from a scrapyard as I feel it has a fair bit of life left in it.

It has 118k on the clock approx, 6 months MOT, it seems that one of the springs in the clutch plate has broken meaning there's a little more shudder through the clutch than normal (although it has been like this for about 6 months now and I barely notice it, it's about £500 to get it fixed) and there is very small amount of oil seepage from the engine.

Occasionally when the steering is on hard lock for low speed parking there is an odd grunt from what appears to be the ABS system : I am not sure what's causing that but it's been like that for a couple of years.
I had the age old 850 "glove compartment broken" problem twice , so have modified it so it uses velcro rather than that fragile catch !

Apart from that it's fine, the bodywork is in great condition, it has alloys, the engine still pulls like a train, the interior is in good nick, leather armrest, leather trims and all the usual 850 accessories.

I cant see why it wouldnt get through it's next mot without any probs, it didnt give me any problems in the last one.

As I said I'm willing to consider any offers - if you think you can give a home to this car or would like more details, let me know - I am in Dunfermline, Fife.
