RDS and I must be overlooking something obvious, as no one else seems to have difficulty getting the spring back in.

I get the tine connecting to the handle, but can't get the tine connecting to the housing to go into place. The spring needs a 1/4 rotation against tension to do so.

Or do you place it in the housing first, then somehow rotate the free end to the right orientation to place the handle over it?

How did everyone else solve this? Clearly there's a simple method that's eluding me, as they would have had to overcome this same problem at the factory.
